My classes usually follow a 6 week arch. We are currently marking the changing of seasons through each of the Chakras.
Yoga has been part of my life since I was 18, when I attended my very first class at Quedgeley Village Hall with my Nan. Now 95, she still inspires me every day with her determination to keep moving and stay active. Over the past 25 years, yoga has remained a constant source of strength, balance, and wellbeing in my life.
Having grown up immersed in movement through dance – and yes, even cheerleading – yoga naturally became my favourite way to connent with my body. But beyond the physical practice, yoga has offered me something even deeper. Through the challenges and joys of raising three children, including one with autism, I’ve come to value the meditative and grounding aspects of yoga more than ever.
Yoga has helped me find calm, resilience and a sense of balance amidst the busyness of everyday life. For me yoga is not about perfection or performance – it’s about creating space to breathe, move, reconnect, and feel well in both body and mind.
I run classes two times a week from my beautiful home yoga space on Tuesdays and Fridays. I have only four available spots per class so I can bring my unique blend of gentle yoga, mindfulness and touch to each of my sessions. You can book classes above using my online booking system. I release classes two weeks before they are due to take place. You can also join my dedicated WhatsApp Yoga Community where I publish details of my classes, up coming events, discounts and mindful tips.
