
Hello, I’m Laura.
I believe wellbeing is about about supporting the whole person. Through massage therapy, reflexology and yoga, I help people move more comfortably, feel more connected to their bodies, and create space for rest, recovery and resilience.
My approach is both holistic and evidence-based. Alongside my private practice, I work at St George’s Hospital, where I continue to develop my understanding of holistic practice in a health care setting. This combination of clinical experience and holistic practice allows me to offer treatments and classes that are grounded in both science and compassion.
From my peaceful home studio and treatment room near Wandsworth Common, I offer therapeutic massage and small-group yoga classes designed to support your physical and emotional wellbeing.
Massage therapy
Massage appointments are available:
Tuesday: 12pm – 3pm
Wednesday: 10am – 3pm
Thursday: 12pm – 3pm
Friday: 10am – 3pm
Every treatment is tailored to your individual needs. Whether you’re managing muscular tension, recovering from injury, navigating stress, or simply seeking time to relax and restore, your session will be personalised to support your wellbeing goals.
My treatment room is a calm, welcoming space with soft lighting, fluffy towels and carefully chosen aromas and soundscapes, allowing you to fully switch off and feel cared for.
Yoga
Yoga classes are available:
Tuesday: 10am – 11am
Thursday: 10am – 11am
My classes focus on mindful movement, mobility, strength, balance and relaxation. They are suitable for a range of abilities and are designed to help you feel stronger, calmer and more at ease in your body.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning to your practice, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive and nurturing environment.
