
It brings me so much joy to finally share something I’ve been dreaming about for a long time – I will now be offering yoga sessions from my beautiful home studio in Wandsworth.
Over the years, my work has always centred around helping people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find a sense of calm in the middle of busy everyday life.
Expanding into yoga feels like a completely natural next step, and I couldn’t be more excited to welcome you into this peaceful new space.
I’ll be bringing together my own unique blend of gentle yoga, meditation, mindful breathing, and soothing touch to create an experience that nurtures the body and mind. Every session is designed to help you release tension, quiet mental noise, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply restored.

My personal journey to yoga has been a long and deeply personal one. I’ve always expressed myself through movement, including many years of dancing, where movement became a way for me to connect with emotion, creativity and freedom. But it was when I attended my very first yoga class at 18 that something truly stayed with me. From that moment, yoga and mindfulness became a quiet thread running through my life.
Over the last few years expecially as life has presented its own challenges and periods of change, yoga, meditation and mindful movement have become a real source of comfort and grounding for me. It’s this feeling of peace and support that I now hope to share with others through these classes.
Every session will be designed to help you release tension, quiet mental noise and leave feeling lighter, calmer and deeply restored.
